Everyone I'm in a dilemma here so I'm going to be straight I'll supposed to save up my money and buy more memory for my Dell latitude D630 and it was an actual good idea, until one of the fan fins on my galaxy Geforce 550 Ti broke off when I was cleaning the fan of dust so now I have enough money to pay for one so we should be should be the memory for my laptop or the new heatsink for my video card? Let me know what you guys think I should do.

Unless your graphics card/PC is constantly overheating I'd go with more RAM.

No it makes a lot of noise if you turn up the fan speed and as the GPU gets hotter the fan will get louder and louder. It still works but it's pretty much imbalance now.
