I just wanted your opinion on the do's and dont's in the gym. List them down on a reply mates! Thanks!!
Example:
Do's: Squat on a squat rack.
Dont's: Bicep curls on a squat rack.
I've seen people take their time on a squat rack doing bicep curls. 15 minutes of bicep curls on the squat rack!! God damn it, today is my leg day GTFO. Gym members can do what they want, so I wait patiently.
Anyways just venting. That's an example of gym etiquette.
