[Intoxicated]

A taxi driver who watched a pornographic video while transporting a female passenger last Thursday on July 10th has stopped working for the company. The passenger shared her story with a blog on Sunday "After boarding i noticed that the taxi driver had a tablet fixed to his dashboard, he was playing some movie i did not know of but after a while i realised that it was a porn movie". She stated that it was so disgusting to see the taxi driver watch porn when fetching a passenger and also called the driver unprofessional for not being considerate to passengers who might not be able to tolerate what he did. She also pointed out that watching shows while driving was unsafe and might cause him to become distracted from the roads.

That is taking a porn addiction to a new level.   It was unsafe for sure but do you think he should have been warned before being released or do you agree with the immediate termination of this employee/driver?

Did the article provide something about the drivers background or anything?  I know texting and driving is not only bad but illegal, however, I suppose not watching porn and driving should be common sense.

From her story, I doubt it was actual porn. It was probably a movie that had a sex scene in it...

Serves him right he should never have been doing something like that on his job and in a taxicab no less, he deserved to get fired from his job for doing something like that also I think that he might need some help also.

When your a professional driver, it's not like your just kicking it with the homies. Thats your job, if someone gets hurt or if something goes wrong thats on them. 

He was wrong for having the tablet on period, the porn is the cherry on top. 

He could have been the guy from "Fake Taxi dot com" lol

I think that we can assume that it was a female involved sex scene, I don't know would that be sexually harassment? If I am uncomfortable with you watching porn while I am riding in your cab, what protection do I have. Aside of that is the safety aspect, you put my life at risk because you couldn't hit pause until after you have dropped me off.@Intoxicated

if the story is correct just fire his ass and make sure he's never allowed to drive taxi anymore

Well that's just crazy. If you're on the job, and sitting on the car alone, maybe ... but once you realize a passenger is coming stop the bullshit and focus and be professional. I remember one taxi driver playing music that was cursing and shit before ... crazy ....

Let me just say this: You can't just look at porn "Anywhere". I mean, you know what I mean?! If I'm looking at porn, my purpose is to get my rocks off/get stimulated to feel good. How can you do that while driving ANY car??!

Drop him on sight,you don't run a tablet while driving people at all. The only time anything should be running is when you are navigating
