I see them when they look down and they usually smile but they never actually come up and approach me. I think its one of those things where you have to approach them and say something(not crazy) and see how they respond to it and go from there.

I have been approached 1 time, it didnt work out because the chick turned out to be a total bitch (she was bad tho), but older white chicks always speak to me....

Not really. I have women come next to me when I work out trying to get my attention but I don't want that kind of reputation in a place I go to so often.

This lady older than me by 6 years approached me and started small convos with me. Asking me to spot her, show her how to do certain exercises and so forth. Soon she started feeling on my arms and asked me out on a date few days later.
All the young ones that hit on me just look and look some more.
